Our Regional Scheduling Coordinators help make sure children receive the ABA therapy they need by matching individualized treatment needs with the right clinicians and available hours. Every day brings a new challenge, so we're looking for someone who can stay calm under pressure, think ahead, and find solutions when plans change. You'll build strong relationships with parents, BCBAs, Clinic Directors, and clinical teams while creating and managing schedules, coordinating coverage, and helping ensure every child receives their recommended treatment hours. What We're Looking For High-volume scheduling experience required A people person who enjoys building relationships with parents and clinicians Someone who stays calm, organized, and solutions-focused under pressure Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities Someone who thinks ahead and takes ownership A collaborative teammate who follows through Why It Matters Great ABA only works when children can consistently access it.
