Hybrid - Redding, California About the Position Eterna Law is seeking a California licensed attorney to join our growing legal team. We are looking for someone with experience in California probate law who is professional, dependable, detail oriented, and committed to providing excellent legal services. This is a full-time hybrid position. The attorney must be available to work in person in our Redding office at least every Tuesday. The remainder of the schedule may include remote work based on the needs of the firm. Extensive experience is not required. We are willing to mentor and train the right candidate. However, an active California law license and some experience with California probate matters are required. Responsibilities Handle and assist with California probate matters Draft, review, and revise pleadings and other legal documents Review legal work and ensure pleadings and filings are prepared accurately Ensure court filings are completed correctly and on time Appear in court as needed Communicate professionally with clients, courts, attorneys, and staff Assist with trust administration matters Provide guidance and supervision on legal work when appropriate Assist with estate planning matters based on experience and interest Required Qualifications Active license to practice law in California Some experience with California probate law Familiarity with drafting and reviewing pleadings Understanding of California court procedures and filing requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a legal team Must be able to work in person in Redding at least every Tuesday Preferred Qualifications The following are a plus but are not required: Experience appearing in court Trust administration experience Estate planning experience or willingness to learn and assist with estate planning Bilingual in

English and Spanish Compensation and Benefits Salary:

$100,000 per year Benefits and additional compensation may be discussed during the interview process.
