Job Description Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies. Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings. Collaborate with experienced attorneys to prepare cases for trial. Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients throughout the litigation process. Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and practical legal counsel. Qualifications Active Ohio Bar license. 2+ years of civil litigation experience. Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Strong oral advocacy and communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
