The role offers remote flexibility, manageable 1,650 billables, strong compensation, and substantial autonomy. You'll handle a broad range of civil matters—including commercial, business, real estate, and probate—and manage cases through all major litigation phases. Compensation:

$140,000 - $190,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle litigation (pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, trial prep, and trial) Develop a case strategy and evaluate settlement options Draft and argue dispositive motions and discovery motions Take and defend depositions Appear in court for hearings and trials Ensure compliance with procedural rules and deadlines

Qualifications:
