What You'll Do:
Represent clients charged with felonies and misdemeanors in General District and Circuit Courts across Northern Virginia. Develop legal strategies, draft and argue motions, negotiate plea agreements, and manage cases from start to finish. What you bring:

Lead and manage a diverse caseload, ensuring each client receives personalized and effective legal representation. Develop and implement strategic defense plans tailored to the unique circumstances of each case. Represent clients in court, demonstrating strong advocacy skills and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes. Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to share insights and refine case strategies. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and stay informed on relevant legal precedents. Draft, review, and file legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court requirements. Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and guidance to build trust and confidence in our services.
