Overview We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Virginia practice. This is a full-time position for an attorney who is ready to carry a substantial caseload, work directly with clients and families, and contribute to the growth of the firm. Responsibilities include advising clients on estate planning, trust, guardianship, and long-term care matters; drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments; handling estate and trust administration; conducting legal research; managing files from intake through completion; conducting client signings; and participating in marketing and business development to grow the practice. This position is hybrid following an initial in-office onboarding period. Because elder law is client-facing by nature, in-person meetings and signings remain a regular part of the role.
