Duties Manage all aspects of elder neglect litigation cases from inception through resolution, including filing lawsuits, discovery, negotiations, and trial preparation Conduct detailed legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and stay current on relevant laws and regulations Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents with precision and clarity Advocate vigorously for clients in settlement negotiations or courtroom proceedings to secure favorable outcomes. Maintain meticulous case records and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements Stay informed on updates in elder law.
