Work closely with attorneys, support clients through complex employment disputes, and contribute from case development through trial preparation.

What You'll Bring:

2-5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in employment litigation Knowledge of Washington state and federal court procedures and e-filing Experience supporting discovery, document production, and privilege logs Ability to prepare materials for depositions, mediations, and trials Strong organization, communication, and deadline management Experience with EEOC, WSHRC, or L&I matters is a plus Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
