What they're looking for: Litigation paralegal experience, ideally supporting management-side employment defense (discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour) Strong working knowledge of Washington state and federal court rules, filing procedures, and e-filing Experience with discovery, including drafting written discovery, organizing document productions, and managing privilege logs Comfortable preparing deposition, mediation, and trial materials Familiarity with agency matters (EEOC, WSHRC, L&I) is a plus Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines across a busy caseload Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
