Annual Job Summary:

Seeking a Family Law Attorney to manage family law matters, draft legal documents, represent clients in Southern New Jersey courts, and collaborate with legal support teams. We are seeking a Family Law Attorney to handle family law matters from intake through resolution, draft legal documents, represent clients in Southern New Jersey courts, and collaborate with paralegals and support staff. Our client is seeking a New Jersey-licensed attorney with family law experience, strong legal research, writing, courtroom representation, client communication, and case management skills. Key Responsibilities Manage family law matters from initial intake through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, legal documents, and correspondence. Represent clients in Southern New Jersey courts. Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies. Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and legal support teams. Collaborate with paralegals, file managers, and intake staff. Manage case files, deadlines, hearings, and court proceedings. Provide effective legal guidance and case support throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications:

J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Active New Jersey Bar license in good standing. Experience handling New Jersey family law matters. Strong legal research, writing, and document drafting skills. Experience with courtroom representation and case management. Strong client communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage case files, deadlines, and court proceedings. Pennsylvania Bar admission is a plus. Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
