We are seeking a skilled Contract Family Law Attorney who can contribute immediately and operate with a high level of independence. What You'll Do You will handle substantive family law work from start to finish, including drafting and litigation support, while working closely with our team. Manage litigation preparation, including trial and arbitration readiness Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, discovery, and settlement documents Handle written discovery from initiation through completion Conduct legal research and apply findings strategically (Westlaw or similar tools) Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court Appear at hearings, depositions, and trials as needed What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple matters with minimal supervision.
