The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling a wide range of family law matters, including divorces, dissolutions, child custody disputes, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child support, and spousal support/alimony. Experience practicing in both Cuyahoga County and Lorain County is required. The role is on a hybrid schedule in their Rocky River, Ohio office. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a technology-driven law firm and able to quickly adapt to new systems, processes, and changes within the organization. Strong communication, organization, and client-management skills are essential. Experience converting and closing case leads generated through marketing efforts is a significant plus, particularly for an attorney who is confident consulting with prospective clients and turning qualified leads into retained matters.

Compensation:

The base salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience, with five bonus opportunities annually. The firm is offering a full suite of healthcare benefits and 401(k).
