Salary Range:

$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Retirement Plan Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in Ohio or awaiting Ohio Bar Admission One (1) year of legal experience preferred, but not required Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and producing high- quality work Highly organized, adaptable, and eager to learn Passion for litigation, courtroom advocacy, and helping clients navigate complex family law matters Commitment to continuous professional development and growth as an attorney

Responsibilities:

Assist with all phases of family law litigation from initial case development through resolution Attend and appear in court for hearings and other legal proceedings with guidance and mentorship from experienced attorneys Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, discovery, and other legal documents while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Develop the ability to effectively articulate legal concepts through strong verbal and written communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
