Litigation Associate Attorney - Fully Remote A well-established law firm is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to continue developing as a litigator while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote position. Position Highlights

- Assist with all phases of civil litigation
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs and other legal documents
- Assist with discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations and trial preparation
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel and other parties
- Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and litigation matters
- Manage assigned tasks and deadlines effectively in a remote environment Qualifications
- 1-3 years of litigation experience
- Active California Bar license and in good standing
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team
