Our boutique Walnut Creek business and real estate litigation law firm is seeking a talented litigation associate with approximately 2-5 years of litigation experience. This is an excellent opportunity to hit the ground running and work alongside seasoned attorneys on complex business and real estate litigation cases where you will be conducting fact investigation, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, pretrial and trial work. You will be working on a team that provides support and mentoring in order to hone and help grow your litigation and overall attorney skills. As a small law firm, we work together as a team and are looking for someone who wants to be part of a well-respected litigation group. This position is ideal for someone who wants to immerse themselves in all aspects of litigation, gain real experience, and deliver and achieve actual results. We are seeking an attorney with the following qualities and qualifications: Possess approximately 2-5+ years' litigation experience, preferably in business and/or commercial real estate litigation Excellent writing and analysis skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail; Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and deliver results in high-stakes litigation environment.

Requirements:

Candidates are required to have a bachelor's degree and a Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school, must have approximately 2-5 years of civil litigation experience, and be a member of the California State Bar in good standing.
