Litigation Associate Attorney We are seeking a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join one of our client firms. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney seeking meaningful litigation experience, strong mentorship, direct client interaction, and a long-term path for professional growth. The firm handles a broad range of complex civil litigation matters and provides associates with substantive responsibility and hands-on experience throughout the litigation process. Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex civil litigation matters, including construction defect litigation, real estate and business disputes
• Manage cases and assist with matters through various stages of litigation
• Handle written discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests
• Take and defend depositions of parties and witnesses
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related filings
• Conduct legal research and develop persuasive legal arguments
• Appear in court for hearings and other litigation proceedings
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Work closely with partners and support staff while developing independent case-management skills
• Maintain accurate and timely billing records Qualifications
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California
• Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and communication skills
• Demonstrated experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively with partners and staff
• Construction defect, real estate, and/or business litigation experience strongly preferred
• Dual or multistate licensure is a plus but not required Compensation & Benefits
