This opportunity offers attorneys meaningful client interaction, hands-on litigation experience, and direct access to experienced partners. Top Qualifications Civil litigation experience with interest in specializing in state bar cases. Willingness to work onsite in Roseville, CA with opportunity to take on hybrid schedule once ramped up Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California Responsibilities Manage and assist with a variety of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda Conduct legal research and case analysis Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances Work closely with partners on complex litigation and attorney disciplinary defense matters Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic legal guidance Maintain and manage litigation deadlines and case files Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone seeking stability, professional development, and long-term growth within a close-knit firm environment.
