Represent the firm's insurance company clients and their insureds, and corporate clients, in all facets of civil litigation. Manage cases independently and as a part of the case team.

Requirements:

J.D. from an accredited law school; a member in good standing of the California Bar Strong drafting skills Highly team-oriented 1+ year of civil litigation experience Responsibilities include: Case management Drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents Corresponding with clients and opposing counsel Legal and technical research Providing guidance to law clerks and other associates Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials Accurately and promptly tracking billable time Salary range is based on experience and may be different than what is represented in the job posting.
