Part-time Texas-Based Immigration Law Attorney Needed - $150.00/hourRequirements:
Texas-licensed attorney in good standing with NO disciplinary history in ANY state. (We will check.) Lead attorney position: must be a self-starter who can run all aspects of their cases. Minimum of 3 years immigration law experience; strong knowledge of immigration law procedures and court rules; individual/family-based and employment-based immigration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be very responsive and empathetic to clients. Detail-oriented with very strong organizational skills. Candidate located (resides) within reasonable travel distance of relevant courts. Candidate located near Houston. Candidate must be able to meet with clients as needed. Must be able to handle removals.Duties:
The successful candidate will possess the skills and desire to run all aspects of their cases and handle a wide variety of immigration law matters for a diverse population of clients. No minimum billed-hours requirement. Must be able to work remotely. Knowledge of Clio legal software a plus. Additional practice areas may be available for work: family law, estate planning, criminal law, general civil litigation, and others. Only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
