Competitive Base Salary + Bonuses We are seeking 1-2 experienced Personal Injury Attorneys to join our growing plaintiff-side litigation practice. This role is ideal for an experienced attorney who can independently manage complex personal injury matters, drive case strategy, and achieve strong results through settlement negotiation and litigation. The position offers meaningful involvement in high-value cases, including million-dollar matters, with strong support and a clear path toward leadership.

Work on matters involving significant injuries and substantial policy limits ​​

Qualifications:

Plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience Experience with complex matters such as municipal liability, premises liability, trucking accidents, catastrophic injuries, or wrongful death Active admission to the New Jersey or New York Bar required (additional state admissions are strongly preferred, as our practice spans multiple jurisdictions) Strong negotiation, writing, analytical, and case-management skills
