Job Description

We are actively seeking a Plaintiff Asbestos Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to develop within a supportive, team-oriented environment while gaining hands-on litigation experience.

Responsibilities Caseload:

10-15 cases in various jurisdictions across the country Will need to travel - 100% Mesothelioma Attend court appearances and hearings Attorneys without Trial Capacity will attend in a Joint Capacity to learn and grow Qualifications 2+ years of Plaintiff Products Liability/Catastrophic Injury experience Asbestos case management preferred Trial experience preferred Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively Licensed and in good standing in the applicable state Why Join This Firm? 3 BCBS plans - Fully paid premium for attorney - $500 per month for added dependents Paid dental and vision plans for everyone Unlimited PTO Hybrid and Remote flexibility depending on location Assigned support staff Clear path for advancement and long-term career development Immediate hiring need with the ability to onboard quickly.
