Description Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of real estate law and industry trends. Provide legal support and advice to colleagues across the legal department. Draft and review standard documents, templates, and guidance notes for internal use. Deliver training sessions and updates on legal developments to the team. Assist with the development of legal strategies and solutions for client matters. Collaborate with external legal bodies and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives. Monitor changes in legislation and case law relevant to the real estate sector. Support business development activities by preparing and managing legal content. Profile The Real Estate Knowledge Lawyer should be: A solicitor with ideally 5+ years' PQE in real estate law. Experienced in delivering technical legal support, training, knowledge management or PSL responsibilities. Comfortable drafting and maintaining precedents, guidance and technical resources. Interested in legal innovation, legal technology and knowledge management strategy. A strong communicator with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams and senior stakeholders.
