Job Description

We are a collegial, boutique employment firm providing sophisticated and entrepreneurial legal services to a variety of top-tier clients. We are currently seeking an experienced litigator (4+ years of employment and/or commercial litigation experience) who enjoys handling a high-level practice. The ideal candidate will have immediate responsibility for cases and clients, including managing all aspects of the litigation process and supervising junior associates. Big firm experience and training are a plus, as is familiarity with the Silicon Valley practice environment, including competition and IP issues, stock options, and private equity/venture-backed companies. Training and mentoring associates are fundamental values of the firm. Initiative, a sophisticated skill set and experience base, strong organizational abilities, and excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills are required. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, with opportunities for incentive compensation, including bonuses. Full-time, primarily in-office work is preferred, but qualified part-time candidates are encouraged to apply. We offer flexibility regarding remote/hybrid arrangements, subject to business needs. Applicants must be active members in good standing of the California Bar.
