MGC is an industry leading civil litigation firm celebrating 31 years of excellence spanning 22 offices across 12 states. We are seeking attorneys to join our Litigation team in Asheville. Remote/hybrid options will be considered after training/integration with the team. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of practice experience. We offer competitive compensation with monthly bonus opportunities. Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina.

Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations. Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed. Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
