Company Description DuPage Legal Aid is a nonprofit providing legal assistance to indigent residents of DuPage County in the areas of family law, such as divorce, parentage, orders of protection, and guardianship. Role Description Are you a lawyer driven by a passion for justice and eager to make a tangible impact in your community? DuPage Legal Aid is looking for a full-time Staff Attorney to join our dedicated team. This opportunity is perfect for professionals returning to the legal field after a career break or for anyone deeply committed to public service. In this role, you will handle a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorces, parental decision-making, parenting time issues, orders of protection, and guardianship cases. You will work exclusively in DuPage County, eliminating the need for extensive travel. If you have litigation experience and are comfortable in trial settings, you will find this role fulfilling and impactful.
