Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our growing team. Full-time is preferred. This is an opportunity for a proven litigator who wants to take ownership of significant cases, try cases, and be rewarded for strong results. ​​
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead personal injury cases from litigation through trial and verdict Handle depositions, discovery, motions, experts, mediations, arbitrations, and trials Negotiate aggressively with insurance carriers and defense counsel Manage high-exposure and seven-figure cases Handle matters involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, trucking/commercial vehicles, premises liability, and municipal liability Work closely with an experienced team of attorneys and paralegals ​​
Qualifications:
Active NJ and/or NY Bar required Proven plaintiff personal injury trial experience Strong courtroom, negotiation, and litigation skills Ability to independently manage complex cases Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
