Job Description
Our Client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to support its expanding transactional practice. This attorney will advise a broad client base on commercial real estate matters, business transactions, and related legal needs.
ResponsibilitiesStructure, draft, and negotiate commercial real estate agreements, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, and contracts.
Manage due diligence, title and closing matters, transaction documents, and overall deal execution.
Counsel clients on property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and business-related transactions.
Build strong client relationships while collaborating with partners and colleagues on active matters.
QualificationsAdmission and good standing with the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bars.1-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, corporate transactions, or a related practice area.
Strong legal drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple matters independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced practice.
