team support, and clean-energy manufacturing industry support; provide corporate/securities matters legal research; conduct global/cross border transactions/legal analysis for debt financing, equity financings, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, tech transfer deals, strategic alliances, legal policy and compliance; provide support with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional/commercial agreements, as well as mergers/acquisitions/joint ventures/strategic corporate transaction legal support; conduct corporate transactions legal due diligence and issue-spotting; responsible for analyzing transaction structures, deal documentation, closing mechanics, and post-closing considerations; perform clean energy sector corporate, securities, and transaction-related regulatory legal research/analysis; support domestic/cross-border transactions, as well as clean energy/renewable energy sector manufacturing operations transactions; support corporate transactions involving government incentives/tax-driven programs; and attend internal and external stakeholder meetings and negotiations.

Master of Laws (LLM) or related (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
Training:

Experience:
One (1) year in the position above, as a Staff Attorney, as an In-House Attorney, as a Corporate Counsel, as Legal Counsel, or in a related occupation;
Other Requirements:
Experience must include all the following: One (1) year: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional/commercial agreements; mergers/acquisitions/joint ventures/strategic corporate transaction legal support; corporate transactions legal due diligence and issue-spotting; analyzing transaction structures, deal documentation, closing mechanics, and post-closing considerations; clean energy sector corporate, securities, and transaction-related regulatory legal research/analysis; domestic/cross-border transactions; clean energy/renewable energy sector manufacturing operations transactions; and corporate transactions involving government incentives/tax-driven programs.
