Job Description

Litigation Attorney Aulsbrook Law Firm is seeking a motivated and driven Litigation Attorney to join our growing team in Arlington, Texas. Our practice is 100% plaintiff-side personal injury, with the majority of our cases focused on car and truck wreck litigation. We are looking for someone with GRIT — an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their cases, and is ready to fight for exceptional client outcomes while working as part of a collaborative team. At Aulsbrook, law is a team sport. You will have the support, technology, systems, and leadership needed to successfully manage your docket and continue growing professionally. We utilize advanced legal technology and case management tools to help our attorneys focus on results, efficiency, and client communication.
Responsibilities include:
Managing a personal injury litigation docket from filing through trial Maintaining proactive, professional, and results-driven communication with clients, team members, adjusters, opposing counsel, and court staff Drafting and responding to motions and discovery Conducting depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations Preparing cases for trial and successfully trying cases when necessary Working collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure excellent client service and case progression Maintaining accurate case documentation and moving files forward with urgency and accountability The ideal candidate: Is highly organized and able to manage a busy litigation docket Communicates with confidence, professionalism, and empathy Takes initiative and ownership of their work Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Is committed to advocating for injured clients and delivering excellent results Understands that culture, accountability, and teamwork matter We offer highly competitive compensation commensurate with experience, monthly bonus opportunities, and significant room for career growth and advancement.
