Job Description Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution. Handle written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and court appearances. Develop litigation strategies and prepare cases for trial. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses. Conduct legal research and provide practical legal analysis. Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex litigation matters. Represent clients professionally while delivering outstanding legal service. Qualifications Active Texas Bar license required. 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Personal injury defense experience preferred but not required. Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and courtroom presentation abilities. Ability to independently manage cases while working collaboratively. Trial preparation experience is a plus.
