Currently, we are in search of an empathetic and experienced injury attorney to effectively oversee our expanding pre-lit and litigation caseload. Compensation:

Base plus quarterly bonuses up to $170,000+

DOE Compensation:

DOE Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of 80 to 95 cases, including mostly pre-litigation and some litigation Formulate strategies to move cases towards settlement or trial Review and revise pre-litigation demand brochures, along with litigation pleadings and discovery Handle depositions and mediations Commitment to letting clients know we care about them as people, as well as caring about their case Help manage and motivate your production team

Qualifications:

Must demonstrate prior injury law litigation experience, as follows: Have taken and defended at least 5 depositions; Have conducted at least 2 mediations, first or second chair Prior trial experience, first or second chair, is a plus Must have drafted at least 10 Stowers demand letters Excellent negotiation and mediation skills Excellent communication, research, and writing skills Desire to take ownership of files and swiftly move them toward settlement or trial, without cutting corners on the client's case Committed to and exhibits excellent customer service Excellent attention to detail Experience with Neos case management software is a plus About Company Carrollton Injury Law is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm.
