Job Description
Associate Attorney with Partnership possibilities. Looking for an attorney with 2-5 years experience in family law, estate planning, probate and guardianships. Possibility for partnership and/or participation in strategic succession planning for law office and book of business. Job Duties include; Respond to voicemails and e-mail Attend hearings, trials and other court appearances Enter billing and assist in keeping client retainer accounts replenished Prepare pleadings and other legal documents Client meetings Interface with clients and referral sources Prepare correspondence Attend Company approved marketing functions Notary functions General support of employer and Law Office Other additional duties as may be assigned by supervising attorney.
