A litigation firm based in Colleyville, Texas (Tarrant County) is seeking a full-time associate attorney to join its client-focused legal team. The firm primarily handles family law cases, with additional work in criminal defense and estate planning across Tarrant, Dallas, and Denton Counties.

Ideal Candidate:

Newly licensed or early-career attorney (0-5 years of experience). Strong interest in litigation and courtroom advocacy. Background or coursework in family law preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct client consultations and manage cases. Draft legal documents and discovery. Attend court hearings, mediation, and trials. Handle case communication and scheduling.

Requirements:

Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas. Excellent writing, organisation, and time management skills. Self-driven, responsible, and open to mentorship.
