About the Role We are seeking a motivated and skilled Trial Attorney to join a plaintiff-focused litigation team in El Paso. The attorney will handle a diverse caseload involving personal injury, wrongful death, and employment law matters , with meaningful opportunities for courtroom advocacy and trial work. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to strengthen their litigation and trial skills while working closely with experienced attorneys and support staff. Key Responsibilities Manage a plaintiff-side litigation caseload from intake through resolution or trial. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, demand packages, and other legal documents. Conduct and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials. Develop case strategy and evaluate liability, damages, and settlement opportunities. Communicate regularly with clients and provide clear, practical legal guidance. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on case preparation and strategy. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active Texas Bar license in good standing. 1-5 years of civil litigation experience preferred; strong trial experience is a plus. Personal injury or employment law experience preferred. Excellent legal research, writing, communication, and analytical skills. Strong interest in courtroom advocacy and trial practice. Spanish proficiency is a plus. High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Compensation & Benefits $90,000-$130,000 base salary , depending on experience.
