Removal Defense Associate Attorney What You'll Do:
Be a
Legal Trailblazer:
Craft creative, effective strategies for complex removal defense cases. Own the
Courtroom:
Represent clients in immigration court, master calendar and merits hearings, bond hearings, and USCIS interviews.
Inspire and Lead:
Mentor paralegals and legal assistants, empowering them to produce top-tier legal work.
Change Lives:
Stand up for clients in removal proceedings, advocate for equity, and be a voice for those seeking a brighter future in the U.S.
What You Bring:
Bilingual in
Spanish:
Required— to connect deeply with and advocate for our diverse client base. J.D. from an
Accredited University:
Licensed and in good standing with any U.S. state bar.
Immigration/Removal Defense Experience:
Preferred, but a commitment to justice and client advocacy is essential.
Courtroom Confidence & Communication Skills:
Articulate, persuasive, and client-centered.
Detail-Oriented & Analytical:
Strong legal research and case preparation skills.
Tech-Savvy:
