What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee all phases of Litigation from case inception through trial
- Meet with clients to understand their legal issues
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, & arbitration proceedings
- Conduct thorough legal research
- Drafting legal documentsWhat You Need for this Position
- 8+ years of experience
- Active Texas Bar License
- Business & Commercial Litigation experience
- First chair/Lead Trial experienceWhat's In It for You
