You must be licensed in Texas. This is an on-site position requiring you to come into the office 5 days per week. We are seeking a motivated attorney capable of handling a broad range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, premises liability, construction, transportation, business litigation, and insurance defense. The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation skills, excellent written and oral communication abilities, and the ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with senior attorneys and support staff. You will work on cases through all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, strategy development, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation.
