Job Description
The Edmondson Law Firm PLLC is seeking a staff attorney to work on a daily basis with responsibilities including preparing lawsuits, discovery and other pleadings. Candidates must be admitted to the Texas State Bar. Admission to federal court is helpful but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should have familiarity with the civil litigation process and associated documents. Prior experience in real estate law, business law and post judgment remedies is a plus. Newly licensed attorneys will also be considered. Candidates are required to demonstrate superb attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and excellent oral and written communication skills. An office will be provided.
