Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Injury Liaison to serve as a vital bridge between clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and legal teams. This energetic role involves managing personal injury cases from inception through resolution, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and efficient case progression. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, legal support expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. Duties Act as the primary point of contact for personal injury clients, providing clear guidance and compassionate support throughout their case journey. Scheduling appointments for all personal injury cases, send outgoing referrals and make sure follow up appointments are scheduled. Keep track of patient progress to ensure patients do not fall through the cracks. Coordinate with medical providers, and legal teams to gather necessary documentation and updates. Provide administrative support including sending medical records and bills to the requesting attorney, referring provider and medical records service. Knowledge of DWQ's and affidavits a plus. Requirements Proven experience supporting personal injury law cases. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently under tight deadlines Effective communication skills for client interaction and professional correspondence. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high ethical standards
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
