Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. If you are freshly out of school or recently passed the bar, we are open to training and guiding you to gain the right experience. In this role, you will assist in managing immigration cases, preparing legal documents, and supporting senior attorneys with diverse legal tasks related to immigration law. This position offers an excellent opportunity for aspiring attorneys to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while developing their expertise across multiple legal disciplines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong research skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients navigating complex immigration processes. Duties Assist in preparing and reviewing immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation Conduct legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies Draft legal documents including motions, affidavits, and client correspondence with precision and clarity Support trial preparation by organizing case files, evidence, and deposition materials Communicate effectively with clients to gather information and provide updates on case status Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy. Maintain accurate case management records and ensure timely submission of filings in accordance with court deadlines Skills Knowledge of immigration law procedures and statutory legal research methods. Experience with legal drafting, motion preparation, and court depositions Proficiency in legal research platforms. Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise legal documents Familiarity with general & commercial litigation, personal injury law, employment law, and other related areas is a plus Effective negotiation skills for client advocacy and settlement discussions Understanding of procedural law, trial preparation techniques, and legal case management systems Skills to build trust and ensure clarity throughout the legal process Prior law office experience is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Join our team to develop your legal expertise in a vibrant environment that values dedication, integrity, and professional growth. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
