1,500 Hours Annually About the Opportunity A well-established and growing Bellevue law firm is seeking a talented Civil Litigation Attorney with at least 4 years of civil litigation experience to join its collaborative and entrepreneurial team. Responsibilities Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution. Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents. Handle all aspects of written discovery, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation. Appear in Washington state courts and administrative proceedings. Develop case strategy and provide practical legal advice to clients. Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve favorable client outcomes. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case developments and litigation strategy. Assist with business development and relationship-building efforts as the firm continues to expand. [illuminatelg.com] Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association. Minimum of 4 years of civil litigation experience . Experience handling hearings, depositions, mediations, and motion practice. Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Ability to independently manage cases while working collaboratively with a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional excellence. Trial experience is a plus but not required. Compensation & Benefits Base salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000 , depending on experience. Performance-based bonus opportunities. Annual billable expectation of 1,500 hours .
