ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution.

Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.

Handle all aspects of written discovery, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.

Appear in Washington state courts and administrative proceedings.

Develop case strategy and provide practical legal advice to clients.

Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve favorable client outcomes.

Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case developments and litigation strategy.

Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association.

Minimum of 4 years of civil litigation experience.

Experience handling hearings, depositions, mediations, and motion practice.

Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional excellence.

Trial experience is a plus but not required.
