2+ Years Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Attorney to join our Charleston office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with at least two years of experience in either residential or commercial real estate matters who is eager to grow their practice and take on meaningful responsibility in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on residential and commercial real estate purchases and lease agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, lease agreements, closing documents and title work. Assist in necessary lender and financing requirements Work closely with clients across diverse industries, providing practical and solutions-oriented advice. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Admission to the West Virginia Bar (or eligibility to waive in). Minimum of 2 years of corporate real estate experience. Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to excellent client service, professionalism, and teamwork. Compensation & Benefits Salary commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits package.
