Consumer Lending Compliance Manager Functions Supervised:
Consumer Lending Documentation Primary Functions:
Create and maintain documentation relating to policies, programs, procedures, practices, forms, and general operations for all Consumer Lending departments, including consumer loan origination, servicing, and collection teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for direct supervision of the Consumer Lending Documentation Officer, with a focus on clearly identifying their direction, motivation, training needs, and development. Draft and update procedures, practices, forms, and general correspondence for all Consumer Lending departments to comply with Board and regulatory requirements and support efficient and accurate work routines including coordinating, managing, and presenting documentation material to key stakeholders in Consumer Lending business unit documentation meetings. Responsible for conducting routine maintenance, updates, and general accountability for the Consumer Lending Team Sites utilizing Microsoft Suite to include Microsoft SharePoint. Label, sort, and categorize documents and content within SharePoint, including managing permissions and archiving documents when appropriate. Draft, publish, and distribute department-wide communications. Coordinate with the Retail Financial Services Training & Communications team when appropriate to ensure other teams in the credit union are made aware of relevant changes within Consumer Lending. Provide guidance to Senior Lending Staff regarding policies, departmental procedures, and practices. Function as department liaison with Enterprise Content, Legal Services, Marketing, and Executive Administration to communicate updates, changes to documentation, and seek guidance, as necessary. Assist with conducting, tracking, and managing general research on compliance-related or Consumer Lending-specific issues that are identified through regulatory updates. Assist with internal and external audits, as needed. Support the administration of the credit union's Records Management Policy as it pertains to Consumer Lending. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields of study. Creditable Experience in
Lieu of Education:
Demonstrated understanding of consumer, credit card, and/or real estate lending, collections, and servicing, including knowledge of policy/procedure development and administration, or equivalent experience with the credit union.
Experience/Skills:
Must have experience acceptable to management in consumer, credit card, and/or real estate lending, collections, and servicing fields. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with managers and executives on a regular basis. Acceptable and demonstrated verbal and written communication skills are required, including technical writing. Ability to ensure documentation integrity with regard to completeness, grammar, structure, and consistency. Edit documents to maintain documentation accuracy, relevance, and validity. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite. Must possess organizational skills, a strong sense of time management, and analytical thinking skills.

Compensation:
Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and applicable local or state wage requirements, and will fall within the range provided below. In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall between the minimum and midpoint of the listed range.
Salary Pay Range:
08 : $79,989 - $132,798 annually
