Full-Time | 100% Onsite About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Administrative Support professional to join their Fraud Department. This position plays an important behind-the-scenes role supporting the fraud investigation team by accurately documenting information and maintaining confidential records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, has exceptional attention to detail, and understands the importance of handling highly sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Responsibilities Enter and maintain data accurately in internal systems and Excel spreadsheets. Review documents and compare information for accuracy and completeness. Document information related to fraud cases following established procedures. Ensure all records are complete, organized, and updated in a timely manner. Handle highly confidential member account information with the highest level of integrity and discretion. Support the Fraud Department with administrative tasks and documentation as needed. Maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Qualifications Previous administrative, operations, data entry, or office support experience. Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Ability to follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality. Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and dependability.
