Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Project Specialist opportunity in Arden Hills, MN (Hybrid 3-4 days onsite) . Responsibilities for Project Specialist include but are not limited to: Serve as a point of contact for routine inquiries from external law firms and other legal service providers. Respond to or appropriately route questions regarding billing, invoicing, administrative requirements, and Legal department processes. Assist with onboarding and maintaining information for law firms and other legal vendors. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to resolve administrative issues and outstanding requests. Maintain accurate law firm, vendor, and contact information within applicable Legal systems and records. Assist with administrative tasks as needed Promote a high level of customer service while collaborating with internal business partners and external law firms. Candidates for Project Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities while meeting deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach. Demonstrated ability to investigate issues, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and follow matters through to resolution. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in legal operations, a corporate Legal department, law firm administration, accounts payable, finance, procurement, or a similar administrative role preferred. Experience with e-billing, matter management, accounts payable, or other Legal technology platforms is a plus. Experience with SAP or other enterprise financial systems is a plus.
