Applicants should be organized and able to communicate effectively with consumers in a professional manner. General responsibilities include developing and maintaining Person-Centered Plans, authorization of services, team meetings, supervision of team peer support workers, and various other duties. Must be able to multi-task, have excellent interpersonal skills, high work standards, and be willing to travel. Must have 4 year degree from an accredited institution with applicable post two (2) years secondary experience. Interested parties must submit resume demonstrating experience.
