Job Description

Longleaf Law Partners is seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Law Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Raleigh office. This role works closely with our paralegal team to support day-to-day administrative and operational needs while also serving as a welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors. The position plays an important role in the overall success of the firm and is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in a professional office environment What You'll Do Welcome clients, visitors, and vendors Answer and direct incoming telephone calls Provide administrative support to and coordinate with the firm's paralegal team Assist with legal document preparation, organization, and administrative projects Organize and maintain electronic and physical client and matter files Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting preparation Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries Order and maintain office and hospitality supplies Support attorneys, paralegals, and staff with day-to-day administrative needs Help maintain a professional, organized, and confidential law office environment What We're Looking For Required High school diploma or equivalent Administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support experience Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Professional verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism and sound judgment Preferred Previous experience in a law firm, legal department, or other professional services environment Experience supporting attorneys, paralegals, or other legal professionals Familiarity with legal documents, terminology, or file management Current North Carolina Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain one
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
