Legal Intake Document Specialist We are seeking a Legal Intake Document Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to our attorney team. If you are a motivated, detail-oriented professional looking to accelerate your career in a fast-paced legal environment, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will own the client intake pipeline screening cases, gathering critical information, reviewing incoming legal documents, and maintaining flawless data organization to support our ongoing legal proceedings. Key Responsibilities Review of pre-litigation documentation in an efficient and timely manner Use of Salesforce CRM software to assist Group Managers and Paralegals in reviewing unidentified litigation documents flagged by Document Processing Identify and match account information and balances. Following up with opposing parties to obtain documentation needed for client matters. Use of electronic court system dockets or contact courts for additional information. Performs other duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Must have a thorough understanding of the legal processing functions including enrolled vs. unenrolled accounts, legal matters during all aspects of litigation, understanding of legal documentation including motions for judgment, motions for garnishment, and applications for bank levies. Must possess strong knowledge of the legal intake process Bachelor's Degree and 1 year experience relevant experience Self-motivated worker with a solid work ethic and competitive drive Excellent critical thinking skills and strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
