Key Responsibilities Partner with attorneys and legal professionals to improve legal workflows through technology-enabled solutions. Develop user-friendly training materials, workflow guides, reference documentation, FAQs, and instructional resources. Deliver introductory training sessions, application demonstrations, and ongoing end-user support. Monitor platform adoption, collect user feedback, and identify opportunities to improve system utilization. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Legal Studies, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred. Demonstrated experience supporting legal technology, legal operations, workflow improvement, or systems implementation within a law firm or legal department. Strong understanding of attorney workflows, matter lifecycles, litigation support, or transactional legal operations. Experience supporting legal technology platforms such as Kira, Luminance, Opus 2, Legora, Harvey , or similar legal technology applications. Familiarity with generative AI prompting, workflow automation, or AI-assisted legal processes. Strong analytical, organizational, project coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
